The PCC  launched an appeal for £67,000 to refurbish the bells and augment them to a ring of 8  to celebrate the Church’s 850 anniversary. The “Ringers Bell” was cast on 3 May 2007 by Taylors.

Abraham Rudhall II cast and hung the bells in 1723 In 1880, T Mallaby and sons, Bellhangers of Masham, removed the bells at  Ghyll for refurbishment The bells were first rung in the new frame and fittings in May 1881.
